Do you think there is going to be a season 6?

I hope with all my might that there will be! Jared and Jensen do have a contract for another season. If Kripkie jumps back on the boat then there will be one for sure.

They just can´t stop after S5...I and many others would die xD SN is like oxygen..can´t live without it!

I've heard that it will be a 6th season, but the show could easily end in the 5th season.. Hope not, but it's possible. What do you think?

Oh, that's perfect. I hope Kripke will really make a season 6, or.. more! Imagine, Supernatural Season 7 episode 1.. Paradise!

Kinda split on the topic I'd like to see a US show actually have the guts to close a show when it's highly rated (like british shows have done). It would kill me to see the show being pushed into 7th and 8th seasons ans have it suck.

Nah, i don't really think  that there's gonna be a 7 season. That would be too much. But i hope there will be a 6th one.

hmmm .. Ok , so let's say that for sake of arguement that Sam'n'Dean send Lucifer back downstairs, makeup with each other and all is right in the world as per Kripke's 5-year plan. how would you like Sam'n'Dean to continue?  Back to basics (Hack 'n' Slash) ?

Yeah yeah you´re right. No freakin apocalypse...Cas is going back to heaven (if there´s still such thing) and everything´s allright. It´s simply the feeling that makes us wanting a new season.

I don´t want to think about how it´ll hurt to see the very last second of SN.

Maybe it´s good for the show to stop there, but it´s still sad. :-(

I would expect that everyone is already aware of this news but just in case ... Jared & Jensen are signed up for a sixth season of Supernatural, however Kripke is not (as of yet). Also the network has not officially anounced a 6th season but if the number remain high it will be renewed. Lastly Kripke has stated that he will wrap the storylines for the 5th season, but that doesn't mean that "new storylines can't be started" (Kripke quote)

I really hope that we will see a season 6 ( and more)!!!

i'm happy there is a Season 6.  i'm also happy they show the re-runs on TNT.
